During construction we faced several challenges, notably a compressed timeline that required meticulous scheduling and rapid execution to meet the deadline. Site logistics also played a significant role, with construction activities needing to be coordinated carefully to avoid disrupting the ongoing retail operations in a high-traffic environment.
